Jeans Form with Tassel, 2018, Edition of 3, C-Print, 25″ x 33″

In this monochromatic colour photograph, I was interested in the specificity of the jeans form. Its purpose is providing shape to jeans; to be jeans within jeans. Paired with satin and velvet, the shape of the tassel and form are suggestive even though there is nothing overtly sexual included in the image.
